THE SANDWICH CO
The Sandwich Co on the Diamond have outdoor tables & chairs located at the front of the cafe and also around the back of the cafe right next to the Garden Of Reflection, you will find the gates to the back entrance on Pump Street! THE SCULLERY

NINE HOSTAGES COFFEE CO
You will find Nine Hostages Coffee Co at the very top of Waterloo Street, these guys will have benches located outside the cafe for you to enjoy your Bailies Coffee & cheese toasties! 10% off with your Independent Derry Card.
IVY GATE
Take a walk through the gates of the Craft Village & you will find Ivy Gate under a beautiful spring floral wreath. This cafe will be open for outdoor dining including their two heated pods Tue-Sun 10am-5pm. Free tea/coffee with breakfast menu with your Independent Derry card.
WALLED CITY GIFTS & COFFEE
Walled City Gifts & Coffee popped up during lockdown & haven't yet had a chance to have bums on seats. From the 30th April you'll be able to sit under their archway on Artillery Street, looking out onto the city walls. CLAUDES CAFE
Claudes Cafe will be open 7 days a week 9am-4pm with a few tables located outside the cafe with views of Shipquay Street & the Guildhall, serving outdoor coffee & food whilst continuing takeaway service too. 10% off with your Independent Derry Card.
BRICKWORK LOUNGE
Brickwork Lounge are bringing the party back to Castle street, opening for outdoor service Friday 30th April at 3pm. They will have limited tables which will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Drinks offering only to start with until the restaurant opposite re-opens however you can order food from the I Want Fed app & have it delivered if you wish! HIDDEN CITY CAFE
Hidden City Cafe will continue their online click & collect / takeaway service but also have a few tables located outside the cafe that you'll be able to sit at from Friday. From Friday 30th April at 1pm outdoor dining is a go at Walled City Brewery on Ebrington Square, making a return with outdoor tables & Earhart gin parasols. The return of dining along the Quay! You've still been able to get the best burgers in the city throughout lockdown but now you can sit down at an actual table & have em. TIMBER QUAY
Timber Quay are back and their outdoor seating area has been given a little face lift to keep you sheltered for outdoor dining. Enjoy your food & drink whilst looking out onto the river, first come first served basis, no bookings, open everyday from 12pm.
PRIMROSE ON THE QUAY
Primrose On The Quay will be open from 9am on Fri 30th April with a sheltered & heated outdoor dining area, another fantastic spot along the Quay! Breakfast menu will be served from 9am, lunch from 12pm & we're oh so excited about the return of their tapas & cocktails evenings from 5pm Thur-Sat. Walled Garden Cafe is tucked away in the depths of St Columbs Park (next to St Columbs Park house), they are open from Fri with an outdoor seating area right outside the cafe & you can also take a stroll into the tranquil garden next door which also has benches for you to enjoy your food & drinks! Back with a new ice cream counter, waffles, crepes, iced coffees & delicious food. Open 10am-5pm daily & until 7pm when the sun shines! EL TAPAS GRA
Your favourite tapas bar is open for outdoor dining on Friday. El Tapas Gra will be open Fri-Sat 5pm-9:30pm & Sun 1pm-9pm serving those good old Sunday roasts & more importantly their full cocktail menu will be available too. ESKIMO COFFEE Eskimo Coffee on Great James Street are open for takeaway & outdoor dining 8am-2:30pm serving breakfast & lunch from their deli counter alongside traybakes & coffee. Outdoor seating area is weather dependant.
SODA AND STARCH
Soda & Starch are back this Friday with outdoor dining under the canopy in the Craft Village! They will be open Wed-Sun 12:30pm-9:45pm. Closed Mon/Tue. You can book online here.
THE COTTAGE
The Cottage will have new dainty outdoor tables & chairs in the main square of the Craft Village from Friday which add to the character of this tranquil city centre spot even more. Open from Mon-Sat 8:30am for you early risers until 6pm!
GWYNS CAFE
Gwyns Cafe in Brooke Park are open daily 9am-6pm from Friday 30th Apr for outdoor dining with a tasty breakfast & lunch menu & ice cream bar (check out their chips butty as well guys) & they've even got a new coffee van to fuel your evening coffees too! The coffee van will be open Fri-Sun until 7pm just outside the cafe.
STABLES INN
Stables Inn on Ebrington Square have been serving from their hatch during every lockdown & now they're back with a peace garden & outdoor pods for you to enjoy food & drink. The peace garden is first come first served basis & there are a limited number of outdoor pods which are available for bookings. £60 to book a pod, paid upfront which includes a £60 bar & food tab. 2 hours maximum in the pod. THE DUNGLOE
Another popular beer garden making a comeback on Friday is The Dungloe! Opening at 12 noon, all tables will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
THE ROCKING CHAIR
The Rocking Chair is back with some changes including a new delightful menu full of burgers, loaded fries, wings & more to pair with those pints. They will be open from 12pm on Friday, table service outside the venue only & no more than groups of 6 people per table. Operating on first come first serve basis.
DA VINCIS
Da Vinci's outdoor food & drink service will begin on Friday & will operate on a first come first served basis. Bar food menu will be served daily Mon-Thur12pm - 9pm, Fri- Sat12pm - 8pm, Sun 12:30pm - 8pm, & not only that they'll be having BBQ Friday & Saturday 8pm - Late! These guys also have sheltered seating pods outside. There will be a strict over 23 policy after 9pm.
JACKS BAR
Jack's bar beer garden will also be opening this Friday from 12pm, serving food daily Mon-Thur 12pm-5pm & Fri-Sun12pm-7pm. Bar service is 12pm-9:30pm everyday. Booking line opens on Thursday 29th Apr at 2pm on 02871 267267 or give their Facebook page a message.
